Kody Brown is the father of 18 children, several of whom have spoken out about their tense relationships with their dad over the years.
The Sister Wives star shares son Leon with ex Meri Brown; Logan, Madison, Hunter, Robert Garrison, Gabriel and Savannah with ex Janelle Brown; and Paedon, Aspyn, Mykelti, Gwendlyn, Ysabel and Truely with ex Christine Brown. Additionally, after marrying Robyn Brown in 2014, the pair welcomed kids Solomon and Ariella. Kody also adopted Robyn’s three kids from a prior marriage. (Kody and Janelle’s son Garrison died in March 2024 at the age of 25.)
Following his splits from Meri, Janelle and Christine, Kody has admitted to having damaged relationships with his older kids.
“I think most of the relationships between me and my adult children are strained,” he said during an October 2025 episode of Sister Wives. “It’s an issue of trash talk and innuendo, and it has challenged loyalties and trust on all sides.”
