Other than the usual benefits of employment, what’s the best thing your company has given you?
For a trio of migrant workers, it seems like it might just be tickets for the upcoming F1 Singapore Grand Prix.
In an Instagram video posted by Parklab Group Singapore on Tuesday (Sept 22), three migrant workers can be seen having fun at a playground while sharing about a social media challenge their boss has given them.
One of the workers said that if the video gets 2,000 likes, his boss will bring them to the Singapore F1 night race.
“Help like this video so we can go F1,” said one of the workers as they sat on a seesaw.
Netizens raced against the clock in support of the trio. Within the span of a few days, the video has surpassed its target, amassing over 84,000 views and more than 6,000 likes at the time of publishing.
It has also garnered over 100 comments, with many noting that the challenge has been completed.
“Better bring them go F1 ah boss!” teased one commenter.

Work hard, play hard
In response to AsiaOne’s queries, the company confirmed that they intend on fulfilling their side of the bargain.
“Yes, the promise is real! They’re some of our best-performing crew members, and we genuinely want to recognise their hard work with a meaningful reward,” said Parklab Group.
They added that many such social media challenges often set targets at around 10,000 likes, which may not be attainable.
“We deliberately set ours at 2,000 so it would be achievable and they’d have a real chance of enjoying the reward,” explained the company.
Parklab Group, a playground construction provider, also confirmed that they are already looking at available tickets and working out the arrangements to fulfill their promise.
