Teddi Mellencamp briefly returned to social media for the first time since undergoing brain surgery.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum posted a video montage to the platform to celebrate her youngest daughter, Dove, who turned 5 on Tuesday.
“Happy birthday to my miracle baby,” she captioned it. “Hard to believe it’s been 5 years since you made our lives better and brighter. But no matter how grown you get, you’ll always be My Baby Dovey ❤️.”
Several fellow Bravolebrities, including Tamra Judge, Dolores Catania and Margaret Josephs, wished Dove a happy birthday as well.
Mellencamp, 43, shares Dove with her estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave. The two are also parents to Slate, 12, and son Cruz, 10.
Mellencamp’s Instagram upload marked the first time she has posted on social media since announcing that she was preparing to undergo emergency surgery to remove two tumors on her brain on Feb. 12.
The “Two Ts in a Pod” co-host noted that doctors had found three other smaller tumors that would be “dealt with via radiation at a later date.”
According to Mellencamp, doctors discovered the brain tumors after she checked into the hospital for “severe and debilitating headaches.”
“Thank you to everybody who has reached out, and to everyone who has supported me along this journey ❤️,” she ended her message at the time.
Mellencamp briefly shared videos of Kyle Richards, Morgan Wade, Arroyave and their kids visiting her in the hospital.
The reality TV star has not publicly shared any new health updates just yet. However, Arroyave previously revealed that Mellancamp’s first brain surgery “went well.”
“Our family is thankful to everybody for your continued prayers and well wishes,” he wrote in an Instagram post on Feb. 17. “Teddi is beyond grateful for the outpouring of love while she continues to recover.”
Meanwhile, her “Two Ts In a Pod” co-host, Tamra Judge, recently explained why she doesn’t feel comfortable providing her own updates on Mellencamp’s progress.
“It’s not my place,” Judge said on their podcast last week. “What do you guys want me to do? Do you want me to take pictures from the hospital and post them? I’m not doing that.”
Judge added that she’s focusing on supporting Mellencamp and “pray[ing] on her and lov[ing] her like all of her friends are doing.”
