Courtney Stodden has given fans a first-look at her newly downsized chest.
The 31-year-old media personality – who got the breast reduction in late May – teased her tweaked physique while posing in lacy black lingerie.
The star’s – who uses she/they pronouns – still ample-sized bust nearly spilled out of her low-cut bra as they posed in a mirror selfie while wearing matching thong bottoms.
The post was captioned: ‘Introducing the new girls. I got huge implants when I was barely 18. Today, at 31, I finally feel like I’m making decisions for me. This wasn’t just about going smaller, it was about taking my body back.’
Stodden wrote elsewhere in the caption that she is ‘still healing’ two weeks post-op, but already feels ‘lighter.’
They also told TMZ that some of her male fans are not happy with the physical change.

They shared, ‘These crazy men on the internet, they’re like “Why would she go smaller?” They’re crying like they lost their mom.’
Stodden was joined by her surgeon, Dr. Stuart Linder, and husband Jared Safier in the informal street interview.
With her revised figure, they revealed her measurements are now 35″, 24″, 35″.
The model said she’s considering auctioning off her old breast implants and donating the funds to charity.
They also noted in her latest Instagram post, ‘For so many years, my body felt like it belonged to everyone but me.
‘Now it feels like mine. Thank you Dr. Linder and everyone at his clinic for taking such amazing care of me. My back is happier, my body feels like mine, and honestly…so do I.’
Earlier this month, she wrote in a separate post, ‘When I turned 18, I got the biggest boobs I could find. The funny part is I was already a C cup. There was never anything wrong with my body.’
Referring to her child marriage to ex-husband Doug Hutchison, who is 35 years her senior, they continued: ‘But after everything that happened, I felt this pressure to become a woman overnight. so I did what a lot of girls do. I changed myself. I thought if I looked older, sexier, more womanly, maybe people would stop judging me – they didn’t.’

The public figure rose to fame when they married ex-husband Hutchison in 2011.
Her parents legally signed off on the wedding.
Now she’s on a mission to stop underage people from going through the same ordeal.
‘I don’t want this to happen to anyone else, and it scares me,’ the activist told People last year as they pointed out that underage marriage with parental permission is legal throughout more than half of the country.
She added, ‘We’re the hotbed for the dirty little secret, which are pedophiles marrying our children legally in the United States, so that’s why I’m speaking out.’
Stodden’s divorce from Hutchinson was finalized in 2020 and they married Safier in 2024.
