The model, 29 celebrated in style, stepping out in a racy lace look for a party in the Colorado resort.
Bella’s incredible physique was on show in the dress, which boasted a plunging neckline and sheer skirt, which she layered over black hot pants.
She completed the look with knee high boots and threw a fur coat around her shoulders to keep warm in the chilly temperatures.
Bella ended 2025 in great spirits after a difficult year for her health.
The model has been open with with her public battle with Lyme disease on social media and back in 2023, the star took a five month break from modeling due to her health issues.

Late last year Bella opened up about her suffering from ‘medical anxiety’, reposting a post from influencer Alexandra Wildeson titled ‘The Duality of life with chronic illness.’
Underneath, the star typed out, ‘The medical anxiety is soooooo real. Thank you for putting every one of my thoughts and daily situations into one swipe. The truuuuuth! @alexandrawildeson.’
Bella has kept her fans updated with her battle with Lyme disease – which both her mother Yolanda and brother Anwar have also been diagnosed with.
She also recently opened up about her struggles with anxiety as she uploaded a post on World Mental Health Day.
‘Something I’ve carried for many years is the weight of anxiety and depression,’ she wrote at the time.
‘It can sometimes feel all-consuming, paralyzing, and invisible to the outside world, leaving you in tears before starting your day, wondering why your mind feels so heavy when life around you seems so bright.’
Bella added that, ‘there is often a deep sense of shame that comes with mental health struggles.
‘I sometimes wonder how life has blessed me and how my body and mind are filled with the weight of sadness, depression, and debilitating anxiety on a regular basis.’

The star added that she ‘learned that this is not a weakness – it’s a part of me.’
She later penned, ‘whoever deals with this daily too; I want you to remember that you are not alone. and I love you so much…’
Back in September, Bella uploaded a series of images to Instagram – with some showing her receiving treatment inside a hospital.
Some pictures were taken as the model was hooked up to an IV while another was a selfie as she rested in bed with a bag of ice on her forehead.
‘I’m sorry I always go MIA I love you guys,’ she wrote in the caption at the time.
That same month, her mother Yolanda uploaded a post to give an emotional glimpse at her daughter’s battle with Lyme disease.
Bella could be seen in a hospital bed hooked up to IVs while another image was taken as Yolanda gave her daughter a kiss on the cheek.
‘The invisible disability of chronic neurological Lyme disease is hard to explain or understand for anyone,’ Yolanda penned.

‘I try to lead by example on our Lyme journey but my own pain cannot compare to watching my baby suffer.’
She also shared an uplifting message to Bella by adding, ‘You are relentless and courageous. No child is suppose to suffer in their body with an incurable chronic disease.
‘I admire your bravery and your willingness to keep fighting for health despite the failing protocols and countless setbacks you have faced.’
Yolanda continued, ‘There simply aren’t words big enough for the darkness, the pain, and the unknown hell you’ve lived through since your diagnosis in 2013.
‘You didn’t really live, you learned how to exist inside the jail of your own paralyzed brain.’
She further expressed how ‘proud’ she is of her daughter while also calling her both a ‘survivor’ and ‘warrior.’
