“White Lotus” star Aimee Lou Wood sparked rumors that she may have been cast in the forthcoming “Beatles” biopics as George Harrison’s ex-wife Pattie Boyd after leaving subtle hints on social media.
The actress “liked” photos of the legendary guitarist and the model on their 1966 honeymoon in Barbados shared via Instagram by @avamarant earlier this month.
She also re-shared the romantic snaps on her Instagram Monday, according to a fan who posted a screenshot of the Story.
An eagle-eyed fan on X also noticed that Wood, 31, started following actor Joseph Quinn, who was announced to portray Harrison, on Instagram last week.
Fans weighed in on the potential casting, after Boyd, now 81, wrote on the platform, “I wonder who will be cast to play me? That’s assuming that I get to feature in any of the movies…”
“i’m hoping for aimee lou wood!” one person chimed in, as another added, “I need Aimee Lou Wood to play Pattie Boyd in The Beatles biopics.”
Another gushed that Wood can portray Boyd because they “look so much alike” and “are so gorgeous.”
Reps for Wood weren’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.
Last year, it was revealed four films to honor each Beatles member were in the works.
Director Sam Mendes announced the casting for the male leads at CinemaCon 2025 in Las Vegas on Monday.
The filmmaker revealed Harris Dickinson would portray John Lennon, Paul Mescal as Paul McCartney, Barry Keoghan as Ringo Starr and Quinn as Harrison.
“This is a chance to understand them a little more deeply,” Mendes said. “There had to be a way to tell the epic story for a new generation.”
The films are set to be released in April 2028.
Harrison’s biopic might focus on his romance with Boyd, with whom he was wed from 1966 to 1977.
Boyd moved on with her and Harrison’s pal Eric Clapton and the two were married from 1979 to 1989.
In her 2022 memoir, “Pattie Boyd: My Life in Pictures,” the photographer got candid about her marriage to the musicians.
She also shared how she stayed friends with Harrison before he died in 2001 at the age of 58.
