Shivangi Joshi and Harshad Chopda are currently the most talked about stars in the industry, and have often sparked buzz among fans. According to recent reports, both Shivangi and Harshad are teaming up for a new TV show produced by Ekta Kapoor. Speculations around the much-awaited show has been running high, with the viewers super excited to know more about this fresh pairing. Both, Shivangi and Harshad enjoy a massive fan following.
Harshad and Shivangi’s pairing
Both Shivangi Joshi and Harshad Chopda had important parts to play in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, though in different generations. Shivangi played Naira in the second generation storyline while Harshad played Abhimanyu in third generation storyline. Both these characters became iconic and continue to be loved by fans.
When Harshad was shooting for Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Shivangi had visited him on the sets. They clicked a photo together, sparked excitement among fans, and since then everyone wanted to see them in a project together. With Ekta Kapoor, the long-awaited dream will turn into reality.
According to reports, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein stars Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya and Karan Patel were offered this serial, but they backed out. Hence, Harshad and Shivangi were roped in.
Shivangi not a part of Ekta Kapoor’s show?
According to a recent report on ABP news, Shivangi is not a part of the show. The actress reportedly received no reply from the production house since a long time and hence it was assumed that she wasn’t in the show. Reports suggest that the channel is now looking for another star to join the show opposite Harshad.
Along with Shivangi Joshi and Harshad Chopda, the names of Pranali Rathod and Disha Parmar too had surfaced as potential cast members of Ekta Kapoor’s much-anticipated show. Pranali and Harshad’s on-screen chemistry in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, where they played Abhimanyu and Akshara, was an instant hit with fans, and if she joins, it could be another hit pairing keeping their massive fan following in mind.
On the other hand, if Disha Parmar is roped in for the show, it’d introduce a fresh and exciting new pairing for the audience. There hasn’t been any official confirmation about the show yet. Meanwhile, Ekta Kapoor recently announced Naagin 7, and shared with viewers a sneak peek of her team gearing up for the much-awaited series.
