Bill and Melinda Gates are in a good place after their “grueling” divorce.

The Microsoft co-founder’s ex-wife told People Thursday how they handle “naturally” crossing paths “every now and then.”

Bill and Melinda, who have seen each other at graduations and other family events over the years, maintain a “friendly” dynamic.

“One of the most important things in my life is being present for the big moments in my children’s — and now my grandchildren’s — lives,” she explained.

Bill, 69, and Melinda, 60, welcomed daughter Jennifer, 28, son Rory, 25, and daughter Phoebe, 22, while married from 1994 to 2021.

Their eldest child has since gone on to welcome two daughters of her own with husband Nayel Nassar: Leila, 2, and Mia, 5 months.

When Jennifer graduated from Columbia University in 2023, both of her parents attended the New York City ceremony and posed for joint family photos.

An eyewitness told Page Six that the exes arrived separately from the rest of the audience and left right after their daughter was honored onstage.

The duo were also present at Phoebe’s 21st birthday bash in the Big Apple four months later.

Bill and Melinda have both moved on romantically, with the businessman confirming his relationship with Paula Hurd in February.

The philanthropist, for her part, gushed to People on Wednesday about how “very happy” she is with boyfriend Philip Vaughn.

She also shared an excerpt with the magazine from her upcoming “Next Day” memoir about her divorce, revealing that she suffered panic attacks after telling Bill she wanted to call it quits.

“Bill has a reputation for being one of the toughest negotiators in the world,” she wrote in the book, out April 15.

Melinda clarified to Elle that while the split was “painful” and “hard,” it was an “important” decision.

In five years, she believes she will be “thriving on the other side” of the headline-making breakup.
