Past looks may be a sore subject for Kelly Ripa.

As the longtime talk show host, 54, said goodbye to the “Live with Kelly and Mark” 7 Lincoln Square studio earlier this week, she reflected on her myriad of onscreen hairstyles over the decades.

“[I regret] all of them,” Ripa, who is moving to a new Hudson Square location for the show on April 14, told People.

“Every single haircut,” she admitted, even going as far as saying, “all of my haircuts traumatized me.”

Of course, Mark Consuelos, her supportive husband and the talk show’s co-host since April 2023, stepped in, reassuring her that her hairstyles were “wonderful.”

But, considering she’s been on thousands of episodes since she took the coveted co-hosting spot alongside Regis Philbin in 2001, it’s no wonder Ripa’s memory is a bit foggy.

“It’s interesting, when you’re on a show, you don’t watch it, so you don’t know. You almost have amnesia,” she told the publication. “You do the show and you move on to the next day … so I have almost no recollection.”

On a January 17 episode of “Live with Kelly and Mark,” the mother of two reflected on a somewhat recent ‘do, bringing up when Consuelos encouraged her to get a Michelle Pfeiffer-inspired bob a few years ago.

“It ended up looking like Carol Brady, and I just didn’t understand how it happened,” Consuelos said to his wife. “So now when you ask me, I say, ‘Babe, do what you want to do. Just do what you want to do.’”

Ripa responded, “No, that’s not what you say. What he says is, ‘Do what you want to do, but just know that you’re going to be miserable as soon as you cut your hair off.’ That’s what you say. So that discourages me.”

Even before making her debut on the talk show in the early aughts, Ripa had quite the beauty mishap in the late ’90s when she fell victim to DIY-ing her hair at home ahead of a big red carpet.

When filming from her house during the pandemic in 2020 — when she would regularly show off her gray roots — Ripa spilled what happened, advising viewers to stay away from the scissors.

“I cut my bangs before the Daytime Emmys about 22 years ago and I’ve never gotten over it,” she said on the show.
