Troian Bellisario and Patrick J. Adams are officially outnumbered following the arrival of their third baby.

“Tag. You’re it,” Adams, 44, captioned a black-and-white Instagram photo on Tuesday, January 27, which showed an infant’s small hand resting on top of the actor’s.

Fans and famous friends gushed over the couple’s newest addition in the comments section. Pretty Little Liars showrunner I. Marlene King wrote, “Oh baby! Mazel Tov! A party of five now! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️,” while Adams’ former Suits costar Sarah Rafferty gushed, “We love you sweet baby. ❤️❤️❤️❤️.”

Bellisario, 40, and Adams tied the knot in December 2016. The couple are already parents of daughters Aurora and Elliot, who were born in October 2018 and May 2021, respectively.

Troian Bellisario and Patrick J. Adams found their fairy-tale ending after meeting on set in 2009 — but it wasn’t always smooth sailing for the pair. “Troian broke up with me, and I didn’t want to break up,” Adams revealed to PopSugar in January 2012, referring to their 2011 split. “The next day, completely un-ironically, […]

In November 2025, the Pretty Little Liars alum and the former Suits star revealed that they were expecting their third baby.

“We don’t know your name yet. We don’t know your gender. We don’t know what your smile looks like or what your first laugh will do to our hearts. We don’t [know] what will make you laugh or cry or what food you will fall in love with first,” he wrote via Instagram. “We don’t know what will scare you or how you’ll learn to overcome it. We don’t know what kind of music will make you want to move or what kind of clothes you’ll reach for when your arms are strong enough to grab them. We don’t know exactly what kind of gymnastics our hearts will do when we get to hold you for the first time.”

He added, “We’ve been here before but we’ve never been here with you and so we really know nothing at all. Almost nothing. What we do know is that we have an infinite supply of love waiting for you. Love, laughter, tears, dance parties, lullabies and lessons. We’ll show you some stuff but you will teach us everything else.”

While Adams acknowledged that he and Bellisario “don’t know much,” he insisted that “there is nothing we want to be more than your parents.”

“It’s a strange stage you’re about to walk out on but we’ll be right there with you for the whole terrifying, wonderful and beautiful show,” he concluded. “Thanks for choosing us. We will always choose you. Soon …”

Prior to welcoming her third baby, Bellisario endured a unique birth experience with her second, Elliot. During a June 2021 appearance on Lowes’ “Katie’s Crib” podcast, the pair revealed that Adams helped deliver their baby in a hospital parking garage.

Adams emphasized there was “no room for panic” in the moment as Bellisario got on all fours in the car and he noticed the baby was already crowning. Adams retrieved the little one, noting that the ordeal “all took place in the span of about three minutes.”

“As soon as I turn her upside down, she starts crying and screaming,” he recalled of Elliot’s arrival.

Bellisario chimed in, “I just look over my shoulder because I’m still on all fours … and I see Patrick holding her upside down, and she’s wailing, so I was like, ‘She’s alive. She’s OK. She’s breathing.’”
