Teddi Mellencamp revealed that her former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” co-star Garcelle Beauvais has not contacted her as she continues to battle stage 4 cancer.

“Garcelle has not reached out,” Mellencamp told Us Weekly in a new interview published Wednesday.

A rep for Beauvais –– who recently quit “RHOBH” –– didn’t return Page Six’s request for comment.

Mellencamp, 43, and Beauvais, 58, starred on the Bravo show for Season 10 of the show where they never formed a close relationship.

At one point, Beauvais even compared Mellencamp to a “little gnat” who is “annoying for no reason.”

Mellencamp later poked fun at the dig by putting her face on a cartoon gnat and writing via Instagram, “I can sleep on my super comfortable mattress tonight knowing I’m happy with who I am and being authentically me.”

Mellencamp hasn’t been shy in calling out some of her former friends and also previously put her “best friend” and fellow “RHOBH” co-star Dorit Kemsley on blast for not reaching out to her.

“I haven’t f–king heard from Dorit,” she said during a March 20 episode of her “Two Ts In a Pod” podcast. “Dorit was one of my best friends!”

However, Mellencamp told Us that Kemsley, 48, has since messaged her after their mutual friend Erika Jayne got involved.

“Dorit has now,” she told the outlet. “I’m good friends with Erika, so she said, ‘Dorit does want to reach out to you now, can she?’ I [said], ‘[I] don’t know how quick I’ll be to forgive, but sure.’”

Thankfully, Kemsley’s message “was so nice” that they’ll “probably be fine.”

Mellencamp added that even Denise Richards –– whom she hasn’t been friends with since 2020 –– shot her a note, “which was also a little bit of a shocker.”

The podcast host further praised her best friend, Kyle Richards, for being there for her “nonstop” and “sav[ing] the day” by getting her into a hospital to receive emergency brain surgery right after learning about the tumors on her brain and her lungs.

Mellencamp has publicly been battling stage 4 melanoma for the last three years, but she learned in February that the cancer had spread to her lungs and brain.

The former Bravolebrity announced that doctors had discovered “multiple” tumors on her brain and that she was undergoing emergency brain surgery immediately and radiation and immunotherapy at a later date.

Unfortunately, Mellencamp later revealed that five more tumors –– three more on her brain and two more on her lungs –– showed up on a scan earlier this month.

Doctors later found an additional four small tumors on her brain while receiving an emergency MRI on March 26.

“I’m fighting for my life,” she told Us. “But also for my family’s life and all the people I love.”

Mellencamp also explained how she’s talking with her three children –– daughters Slate, 12, and Dove, 5, and son Cruz, 10 –– about her health.

“I’m not equipped to fully handle this,” she admitted. “It is helping because they ask me questions that I probably wouldn’t have thought to give them answers to.”

Mellencamp added that her kids “realize when [she’s] in pain,” but she’s not sure if they “know” the extent of her diagnosis.

“I think they’re a bit scared,” she said. I’m going to fight really hard. I can’t imagine my life without them, so I’m going to do everything I possibly can, no matter how mean it makes me.”
