Best believe she’s still bejeweled.
Taylor Swift kept the surprises coming after her unanticipated appearance on the “Toy Story 5” premiere red carpet in LA Tuesday night, treating the crowd to a performance of her new song “I Knew It, I Knew You” from the sequel’s soundtrack — along with a Randy Newman duet.
Before taking the stage, the Grammy winner traded her off-the-shoulder Erdem minidress for a flower-embellished embellished Oscar de la Renta gown, which her longtime stylist, Joseph Cassell, paired with a matching canary-colored gemstone pendant.
While even the seasoned staffers at Page Six Style assumed Swift was wearing a gigantic yellow diamond or citrine, it turns out her Nadri necklace actually features a yellow cushion-cut cubic zirconia — and costs just $80.
While Swift’s jewelry box contains plenty of pricey pieces from Cartier, Tiffany & Co. and Foundrae — not to mention her custom Kindred Lubeck-designed engagement ring from Travis Kelce and suite of opals once owned by Elizabeth Taylor — she often incorporates more budget-friendly bling into her looks.
The “Life of a Showgirl” songwriter’s been spotted in several designs from Melinda Maria, including the Gabriella Pavé Spiked Hoops and Julian Loves Diamonds Necklace; both are set with simulated diamonds and crafted from 18-karat gold-plated brass.
“Her stylist, Joseph Cassell, has been such a huge supporter of Melinda Maria … and has put stuff on Taylor for so many years,” Maria told Page Six Style in 2023, adding that the superstar’s $85 earrings have been “in the line for so long, and they’re always [in] the top five best sellers.”
Swift’s also been spotted in Bonbonwhims’ Heart Gumdrop Tennis Necklace, Vitaly’s Shimmer Chain and several styles from Awe Inspired, including the Rhiannon Goddess Necklace.
And Swift owns a number of pieces from Mazin Jewels, including the yellow gold Chain Link Necklace, Open Rivet Ring, Toggle Clasp Necklace and Luxor Band.
“It’s just so amazing that she keeps wearing [the brand],” designer Lily Nizam told us in 2023.
“It’s nice that you see her supporting and wearing smaller brands.”
