Roxy Jacenko has revealed that she will need immediate surgery in a new health scare for the PR Queen.
Speaking to Confidential, Roxy, 44, admitted that she will be going under the knife after it was discovered she had suffered a ruptured breast implant.
The health scare comes nine years after the mum-of-two beat breast cancer.
She told the publication that after missing her annual check-up, a recent MRI revealed the rupture.
Her doctor shared the news with her last weekend. Roxy admits she was surprised to be emailed by her GP on a Saturday, while she was spending the day shopping and enjoying coffee in Sydney.

Roxy said that she will be undergoing removal and revision surgery in two weeks.
She added that while the MRI was all clear cancer-wise, she also has an appointment of a cancer specialist prior to her surgery.
‘I saw two doctors on Monday as my case isn’t as straight forward as others, having had a partial mastectomy, and removal of a lot of tissue, as well as radiation to remove the cancer some years back,’ she said.
‘I will be seeing the cancer specialist two days before my surgery to discuss the MRI and ultrasound results and have a physical examination, but until then all looks clear apart from the rupture.’
Roxy was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016 at the age of 36 and endured a six-week radiation program before receiving partial removal surgery.
She later shared images of that harrowing time in her life, which saw her young daughter Pixie holding her hand while Roxy recovered in bed.
A number of the confronting photos, which she posted to Instagram in October last year for breast cancer awareness, showed incision marks on Roxy’s bare breasts.
‘Seems surreal and it’s a year I don’t really remember at all – it’s strange but it’s like a chapter I closed and don’t want to remember,’ she wrote in the caption.

Roxy went on to encourage her followers to be ‘vigilant’ and ‘dig deep’ in order to continue the much needed research.
Following her cancer treatment in 2016, Roxy told The Daily Telegraph she had to take preventative cancer pills because her chances of relapsing were high.
She reveal she ‘did a test in the US’ with an oncologist and discovered there was a ‘to 10 15 per cent chance’ of the cancer returning in her body.
It’s the second health scare Roxy has suffered this month, with the PR guru recently admitting she had two bumps removed from her face over fears they could be cancerous.
‘There is this bump here (for) which I went to the dermatologist and she said she will need to cut it out,’ she said on video, pointing to the incision beside her nose.
‘Anyway, I left four stitches later and with quite a red scar.’
She told Daily Mail Australia that one looked suspicious and was removed to be sent for a biopsy.
Fortunately, it was found to be non-cancerous.
Roxy further explained in her video how she has been using an LED mask to fade the mark and make the resultant scar near invisible.
‘It encourages the collagen to help repair [your skin]. If you’re looking for something to help scars quicker or reduce fine lines, it’s definitely one to try,’ Roxy continued.
Roxy also recently admitted that overdosing on Ozempic was worse than her cancer battle.
