Saturday Night Live writer Jimmy Fowlie shared a social media post asking for help finding his missing sister.

On Monday, Fowlie posted the missing persons report for his sibling, Christina Lynn Downer, on Instagram. “Please share this so that if anyone has seen her, they can give any information to the police,” he wrote. The post additionally detailed that she was last seen in Los Angeles in late November. The text is accompanied by a series of photos of Christina.

“My sister has been missing and we are worried that she isn’t safe. Her married name is Downer but she may go by Christina Fowlie,” he wrote in the caption of the post. “The phone number is 213 996 1800 and her case number is 25237639. she was last seen in LA. thank you.”

Fowlie joined the sketch comedy series in 2022 (season 48) as a writer. He’s remained in the position through the currentl 51st season of the show. A former member of the L.A. based improv and sketch comedy group the Groundlings, he has also served as a writer on Quibi’s Your Daily Horoscope (2020); Max’s The Other Two (season three); Go-Go Boy Interrupted (seasons one and two); and A Nonsense Christmas Special with Sabrina Carpenter (2024).

Fowlie has won one Primetime Emmy for his writing on SNL50: The Anniversary Special. Additionally, he has acting credits in projects including FX’s English Teacher, The Other Two and The Goldbergs.
