Sharon Stone’s brother Mike Stone has died. He was 74.
The actress shared the heartbreaking news via Instagram Wednesday.
“Mike Stone, My oldest brother, Has passed away. Following an extended illness. We wish him peace. Sharon, Roan, Laird & Quinn 🥰,” she wrote alongside a photo of her late brother.
Her fans quickly flooded the comments section offering their condolences.
Although Mike spent his life mostly out of the spotlight, he was an actor like his sister.
Mike made his acting debut in the 1990 film “End of the Night.” He co-starred alongside his sister in 1995 film, “The Quick and the Dead.”
Tragically, Sharon, 68, also lost her younger brother, Patrick, in 2023.
At just 57 years old, he had suffered a sudden cardiac death due to heart disease.
At the time, Patrick’s widow, Tasha Stone, shared the news with friends, writing, “My heart feels like it’s been ripped out of my chest. Patrick went to be with our sweet River … I don’t know what else to say, he was my world.”
River was Patrick and Tasha’s 11-month-old son who died of organ failure in August 2021.
