Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick were joined by their rarely-seen son James on the red carpet of the Golden Eve event in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.
The actress, 60, was given the Carol Burnett Award at the event which takes place ahead of the Golden Globe Awards on January 11.
Sarah and her husband Matthew’s son James, their eldest child, gave his mother a kiss on the cheek as they posed together.
James was dressed in a black tuxedo for the event honouring his mother and he also sported a white shirt and a corsage.
Sarah cut a typically glamorous figure in a silver shimmering gown which she wore with a black jacket.
Cinching her waist with a matching belt, the Sex And The City star completed her look with a silver necklace.

Sarah and Matthew, 63, who married in 1997, are also parents to 16-year-old twin daughters Marion and Tabitha.
The Carol Burnett Award has been given annually since 2019 for ‘outstanding contributions to television on or off the screen.’

Sarah’s Sex And The City co-stars Kristin Davis, Evan Handler and David Eigenberg were all present at the event to see her receive the award.
The couple’s son James is a full-time actor, having already scored a guest-star gig as Carl in an episode of CBS’ anthology crime series Elsbeth alongside his famous father.
In May, Sarah revealed they were not planning on bankrolling the lives of their kids with their reported combined $245 million fortune.
‘You want for them to be pursuing things that are exciting and challenging and hard and gratifying,’ she told E! News.

The actress recently bid farewell to starring as Carrie Bradshaw in HBO Max’s Sex and the City continuation And Just Like That, which was cancelled in August.
Sarah will next likely reprise her role as Sarah Sanderson alongside Bette Midler and Kathy Najimy in Anne Fletcher’s upcoming three-quel Hocus Pocus 3 for Disney+.
In October, Bette told WWHL that she read the ‘brilliant script’ and producers are just trying to figure out costs and logistics while Thora Birch told ET she was ‘super open to the idea’ of reprising her role as Dani from the original film.
