As per reports, the show will soon take a five-month leap and makers will introduce new changes for their characters. In the latest episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Abhira and Armaan fail to become parents through IVF, and are told by the doctor that surrogacy is the last option left for them. Armaan agrees for surrogacy and plans to surprise Abhira with his decision.
On the other hand, Abhira observes fast for Daksh as she believed him to be her son. Ruhi understands her pain and allows her to meet Daksh. Finally, Abhira get to spend quality time and enjoy her happy moments with Daksh. Meanwhile, Manisha plans a big celebration for her birthday. Ruhi is happy to see Abhira with Daksh. Meanwhile, everyone gathered begin to enjoy the celebration and look happy as they play pithu game. Things take a sudden turn when Armaan gets hit during the game, but acts normal. Ruhi too begins to feel uneasy and weak. She leaves everyone scared as she faints and Abhira rushes to help her. She tries her best to make Ruhi gain consciousness and the entire family gets worried for her. What will happen next? Did Ruhi faint due to exhaustion? Or is there a deeper reason for the same?
According to reports, Armaan and Abhira will transform after the leap is introduced in the show. Armaan and Abhira will begin to focus on expanding their family. Shivani wants Armaan and Abhira to conceive naturally. On the other hand, Madhav refuses to be part of the fake celebration as he is aware of Kaveri’s plan to ruin it for everyone.
Madhav is seen talking to Abhira on video call. Abhira praises Armaan and expresses her happiness to be with him. Kaveri tries to talk to Madhav and he says that she and Vidya are selfish as mothers. He calls Shivani and Armaan the best people he has met. Meanwhile, Madhav falls sick leaving Kaveri worried.
