Romiit Raaj‘s journey with Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has come to an end. The actor had replaced Shivam Khajuria as Rohit in the show. He entered the show mid-way but managed to impress the masses. His bonding with his on-screen brother Armaan was loved by all. However, Rohit’s character recently died in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. His demise made for highly emotional episodes of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. So what’s next for Romiit Raaj?
In an interview with entertainment news portal Telly Chakkar, Romiit Raaj has spilled beans. He was asked whether he has signed any other project or not. To this, the actor revealed that he hasn’t signed anything at the moment but he is hopeful. He is manifesting to bag a new project soon where he gets to learn. “But I’m hopeful and manifesting good things ahead. For me, it’s not just about the project, but also about the people I work with—whether it’s co-actors, directors, or producers. I want to be in an environment that inspires and uplifts. Let’s see what the future holds. I’m optimistic,” he said.
In the same interview, he was also asked with whom he shared a great bond on the sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. He said that he had a good time with Garvita Sadhwani who plays the role of Ruhi in the show. He revealed that he new each other since beginning so that helped with their chemistry on screen. He also added that he, Garvita, Rohit Purohit and Samridhii Shukla had a good time on sets.
In today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we see Armaan being completely shattered over Rohit and Shivani’s death. Despite being injured, he becomes a part of their last rites. In the upcoming episodes, we will see Armaan and Abhira taking care of Ruhi and her son Daksh. Rohit asked Armaan to take care of his wife and son after he is gone. Armaan will take the responsibility seriously. It remains to be seen how it will affect his and Abhira’s bond.
