Alan Ritchson allegedly assaulted his neighbor in a streetside scuffle in Tennessee on Sunday.
In a video obtained by TMZ, the “Reacher” star appeared to hit a man, who was kneeling on the ground, multiple times.
Two young boys, seemingly the actor’s sons, watched from their motorbikes while Ritchson’s vehicle lay discarded on the street.
Ritchson hit alleged victim Ronnie Taylor “at least four times,” with the man sharing photos of his bruised face with the outlet.
He reported Ritchson to the police, and law enforcement sources confirmed an investigation is underway with no arrests being made as of yet.
Taylor told TMZ the altercation stemmed from a Saturday incident when Ritchson allegedly sped his green Kawasaki bike through the neighborhood and loudly revved his engine.
Taylor admitted to flipping Ritchson off at the time, a gesture the “Smallville” alum returned.
The 43-year-old, who shares three sons with wife Catherine Richardson, came back the following day with two little ones — and Taylor demanded Alan “f–king stop this please.”
Alan’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
However, sources close to Alan told TMZ he did not instigate the fight as he was allegedly pushed off his bike twice by the “really aggressive” neighbor before they duked it out.
He reportedly suffered a minor finger injury, as well as cuts and bruises.
Alan has not posted to social media since the headline-making fight, nor has his wife.
He and Catherine, 37, are high school sweethearts who tied the knot in May 2006.
While they previously lived in Florida, Alan explained to Men’s Health in March 2024 that his family sold their home to live on the road as he works.
“Being away from my family for long stretches on location was hard on them and me,” he told the magazine at the time. “So … we now live in Airbnbs and hotels.”
