Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie reunited with the rest of the British Royal Family at their cousin Peter Phillips’ wedding to Harriet Sperling.
The sisters were photographed arriving together with their husbands to the wedding on Saturday, which took place at All Saints Church in Kemble, a village in the Cotswald region of Gloucestershire, England.
They joined Peter’s mother, Princess Anne and her husband, Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence, and Peter’s sister, Zara Tindall, and her husband, Mike Tindall.
Also in attendance was King Charles and Queen Camilla, Prince William and Kate Middleton, Prince Edward and Sophie.
The event marks the second major royal family event that the sisters have attended since their parents, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson, fell into scandal over renewed interest in their ties to the late convicted child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. (The sisters also joined their family for the annual Christmas service last December).
Beatrice, 37, and Eugenie, who recently revealed she’s pregnant with her third child, have mostly maintained a low-profile after their dad was officially stripped of his royal titles by his brother King Charles and evicted from his royal lodging.
While they were both able to maintain their royal princess titles, the sisters still decided to quietly flee the UK at the time of the scandal, opting to go on separate low-key vacations.
Eugenie, 36, was spotted on a girls’ trip to Paris with friends while Beatrice was pictured posing for a photo at the Future Investment Initiative in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
But, as some may recall, the scrutiny surrounding the former prince became heightened in February when he was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office.
As a result, his daughters were told they could not attend the upcoming 2026 Royal Ascot, which takes place June 16 through June 20, or join their family in the Royal Procession.
The princesses’ attendance to the family affair could be a good sign that things are looking up for the royal sisters — and may even encourage them to stay in England with the rest of their family.
In March, it was reported that Princess Beatrice was considering a move to the US to escape her parents’ scandal.
Sources told the Daily Mail that Beatrice is “mortified” by the Epstein scandal and “desperate to hold things together.”
