Paul Mescal planted a kiss on Gracie Abrams in a sweet selfie shared to Instagram as they headed to the Oscars together on Sunday.

The singer, 26, gave a glimpse into her relationship with the actor, 30, on social media as she posted the pre-Oscars selfie before the couple went viral for their reaction to Jessie Beckley’s Best Actress win.

The couple, who have been in a relationship since 2024 but largely keep their relationship out of the spotlight, looked more loved-up than ever as they got ready for the Academy Awards.

Gracie was all smiles as she snapped the loved-up mirror selfie in a hallway as Paul planted a kiss on her cheek.

The Risk songstress showed off her incredible figure in a glittering black crop top and matching low-rise skirt as she enjoyed a glass of fizz before arriving at the Dolby Theatre.

Meanwhile Irish actor Paul looked dapper in a white shirt which he teamed with smart trousers and a black neck tie.

As the couple hit the red carpet at the star-studded awards, Gracie added a sheer neck scarf to complete her look while Paul pulled on a black blazer.

The singer, 26, and the Irish actor, 30, went viral on social media for their reaction to Hamnet star Jessie Buckley winning the Best Actress gong at the awards

During the night, Paul and Gracie were sat behind his Hamnet co-star Jessie as she won the Best Actress gong and the couple shared their hilarious reaction after going viral.

Gracie was seen beamed with joy while Paul held his hands up to his face as winner Jessie broke down in tears in front of them.

The singer captioned the photos: ‘Love love love’.

The couple later headed to the Vanity Fair Oscar Party where Paul copped a cheeky glance at Gracie’s cleavage as they hit the red carpet.

The event, hosted By Mark Guiducci, took place at Los Angeles County Museum of Art, with the pair cosying up on the red carpet.

Gracie looked sensational in a heavily beaded gown, which featured a deep plunging neckline, which caught Paul’s eye as they smiled for photos.

The singer topped off her glamorous look with a pair of stiletto heels while Paul looked smart in a white tuxedo, paired with a black shirt.

It comes after Paul and Gracie reportedly took a huge step in their relationship, with the singer moving to London to be with the Gladiator star.

Gracie, the daughter of filmmaker J.J. Abrams, has taken the leap and relocated to London to be with Paul – who is there while he films the Beatles movies.

Gracie is said to have moved to the UK at the end of last year, with a source telling The Sun she is spending her time in London writing and recording new music.

Gracie also showed off her incredible look for the after party as she slipped into a daring plunging black and silver gown

The couple are reportedly described as ‘the real deal’ by pals – and Gracie is even said to have travelled to Ireland where Paul’s family live.

‘Gracie has loved exploring the city and even popped over to Ireland too,’ the source said. ‘She plans to remain here for a while because of how happy she is.

‘They seem very settled and serious.’

The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Gracie and Paul for comment.

The couple made their highly anticipated red carpet debut as a couple at the 2026 BAFTA Film Awards in London on Sunday night.

The star-studded ceremony became the stage for a defining relationship moment, with the A-list couple putting on a PDA-packed display.

Yet it’s been suggested that some of their smitten moments may have been performative, with Gracie accused of ‘taking tips from Kylie Jenner’s playbook’ when it comes to hard launching her romance.

While posing for snaps on the red carpet, songwriter Gracie planted a tender kiss on Paul’s cheek before they looked lovingly into each other’s eyes.

They also shared an intimate smooch inside the auditorium as the pair celebrated Hamnet winning Outstanding British Film.

Their loved-up display marks a major shift for the private couple, who have been linked since 2024 but are relatively private – until now.

Paul revealed in a recent interview his plans to ‘slow down’ his career to prioritise loved ones.

Reflecting on turning 30, he told British GQ: ‘I really enjoyed the rhythm I’ve been working at. I think that process began when I was 23 and I’m now turning 30.

‘I can feel myself wanting to slow down a bit more and certain priorities come in where I spend my time, whether that’s with my family or with my partner or with friends.’

The actor, who rarely discusses his romance with singer Gracie, continued: ‘I’ve never had a desire to really spend my time anywhere else other than work up until this point… And now I do have a desire to not spend my time necessarily in a rehearsal room or on set.’

Paul’s revelation that he wants to spend more time on his relationships comes after he told Rolling Stone last autumn that he has hopes of one day being a dad.

‘I would love to have a family,’ he said at the time. ‘I’m not like, “I want them tomorrow,” but I would love to have kids.’
