She’s pierced from head to (almost) toe.

North West showed off her latest faux dermal piercings while heading to dinner with a friend at Nobu Malibu Wednesday night, sporting a pair of gleaming silver studs on her thighs.

The 13-year-old opted for one of her signature edgy outfits for the evening, wearing a Haunted Starbucks graphic tee printed with a flaming skull and the phrase, “Call my school — tell them I died.”

North also selected a pinstriped, lace-trimmed pleated miniskirt that showed off her fake leg piercings, along with buckled Converse boots, stacks of bracelets and dark shield-style sunglasses.

She wore her ombré blue hair sleek and straight for the dinner date.

The eldest daughter of Kim Kardashian, 45, and Kanye West, 49, has embarked on somewhat of a piercing spree since debuting some polarizing middle-finger bling last August.

According to Healthline, dermal piercings differ from regular ones because they “don’t have a separate entry and exit point for jewelry.”

North added to her collection of finger piercings in February, and also showed off fresh studs — both flat and spiked — on the backs of both hands.

The teenager even tried out a few faux under-eye piercings in her “#n0rth4evr” music video, which she released in May.

And she stepped out with fake facial piercings at the Vetements menswear show during Paris Fashion Week last month, including nose and cheek studs along with “angel bites” on her upper lip.

The middle schooler addressed her newfound love of body jewelry on “Piercing on My Hand (Ye’s Version),” a collaborative track created with her famous father.

“Piercing on my hand, the other holding bands,” she rapped. “I’m not sure I’m crazy/I want more piercings and tats/I love blue hair put it in some plaits/Put the music to the max/I want like a hundred thousand racks.”

North has clapped back at critics upset about her piercings. In December, she lip-synced audio from reality star Chrisean Rock, saying, “Why are you crying? How old are you? Just pull it together.”

Kardashian, meanwhile, seems to be taking her daughter’s fashion experimentation in stride.

“Her and her girlfriends, they love doing costumes, they love doing looks,” the mother of four shared in a Complex video late last year. “They put on fake tattoos on their face, fake piercings.”

And during an interview on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, Kardashian said she would “never” take North’s “creativity away from her.”

“She does listen to me, but in other areas, I’m like, ‘Babe, if you want blue hair, it is what it is.’ You know, it makes her so happy,’” the Skims mogul said.
