Taylor Frankie Paul declined her two exes’ separate proposals that would only grant her 40 percent of child custody, Page Six has learned.
A source close to the “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star says that both fathers, Dakota Mortensen and Tate Paul, recently offered her separate custody agreements that would have given each of them 60 percent custody while she retained 40 percent.
According to the source, Taylor declined both proposals immediately and remains committed to pursuing what she believes is in the best interests of her children.
The source says Taylor’s response was: “So now I’m suddenly capable of parenting 40% of the time? Couldn’t be more obvious what this is really about—and it isn’t the safety or well-being of our children.”
The source added that the reality star, 32, is prepared to continue fighting for her children for as long as it takes. They also claim she is witnessing the fathers coordinating their legal efforts against her and that she looks forward to addressing those claims through the court and “can’t wait to witness them lose.”
“She is continuing to get things together,” the insider added. “It’s unclear what’s going to happen yet with her season of ‘The Bachelorette,’ but she has been receiving a lot of support online from other women.”
According to our source, Taylor will also be on the forthcoming season of “TSLOMW.”
Taylor shares 8-year-old daughter, Indy, and 6-year-old son, Ocean, with Tate, whom she was married to from 2016 to 2022.
She shares another son, Ever, 2, with Mortensen. The exes dated from 2022 to 2026.
Last month, Tate filed for a temporary restraining order against the TikToker and sole custody of their kids, months after Mortensen received full custody of Ocean and was granted a temporary order of protection.
An insider previously told TMZ that Taylor blamed Tate’s filing on Mortensen, saying it was “a direct result” of her ex-boyfriend “telling Tate lies about her.”
“She feels Dakota will do anything to hurt her … including using the children, but she is a survivor,” the source claimed.
Shortly after the filing, it was reported that Tate’s request was denied.
Taylor has been embroiled in a tense custody battle with Mortensen for several months after video leaked of a 2023 domestic dispute taking place between the estranged pair, who began their on-again, off-again relationship in 2022.
