Legal issues are continuing to mount for Taylor Frankie Paul.

Utah police are investigating allegations of a third domestic violence incident involving the “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star and her ex Dakota Mortensen.

A police spokesperson told NBC News that last month Mortensen contacted West Jordan, Utah, authorities, describing an alleged violent incident that took place in 2024.

The spokesperson said the department is reviewing several videos that are connected to the alleged event but they could not share the exact dates of when it occurred.

The spokesman said they only have Mortensen’s account of the alleged incident and that they could not provide additional details since it is an open investigation.

Mortensen contacted the West Jordan police after the Draper Police Department referred him there due to the jurisdiction of the 2024 incident.

NBC News was told by Draper police that on Feb. 24 and Feb. 25, separate open domestic violence investigations into Paul and Mortensen were called in.

On Tuesday, Salt Lake County District Attorney Sam Gill said in a statement that his office “requested all the investigative material to screen the most recent allegations for charges.”

“We made the request because of the potential that if charges are filed, they could be enhanced due to a prior plea in abeyance to a domestic violence offense,” he added.

Gill also confirmed that his office was looking into a case submitted by the Draper police department.

Page Six has reached out to Paul’s rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.
