Martin Scorsese’s nepo baby daughter Francesca Scorsese has landed a starring role in the second season of the Amazon Prime series Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
The 26-year-old, who is following in her father’s entertainment footsteps, has been cast as a Jane Smith in the forthcoming season which is currently in the midst of filming in Los Angeles, per Deadline.
The media personality will join other cast members such as Mark Eydelshteyn and Talia Ryder.
Donald Glover and Maya Erskine, who were the main leads in the first season, are also expected to return.
Glover is reportedly set to direct some of the upcoming episodes, according to the outlet.
Plot details have remained under wraps and an exact release date has also yet to be announced.

The Amazon Prime Video series was co-created by Glover as well as Francesca Sloane, and is inspired by the 2005 movie of the same name which starred Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
The premise of season one followed: ‘Two strangers who land jobs with a spy agency that offers them a life of espionage, wealth, and travel. The catch: new identities in an arranged marriage,’ per IMDB.
Upon its release in 2024, the show garnered positive reception and received a critics score of 90% on Rotten Tomatoes.
Mr. & Mrs. Smith additionally raked in award nominations such as an Emmy nod for Outstanding Drama Series.
Scorsese is no stranger to the screen and made her film debut in her father’s 2004 movie The Aviator.
She went on to make minor appearances in other projects directed by Martin including The Departed (2006) and Hugo (2011).
The TikTok creator, who is the daughter of Martin and Helen Morris, also starred in movies such as Wolf At The Door (2017) and the 2018 short film We Salute You.
Scorsese was later cast in a main role in the HBO coming-of-age series We Are Who We Are which premiered in 2020.

While talking to Interview Magazine, Scorsese opened up about how her love for filmmaking came to be.
‘My dad would always bring me on set since I was very, very small and it created like, an altered state of reality for me.’
She added, ‘I was just in this dreamland of make-believe and pretend, and seeing my dad do what he loves to do was amazing. I don’t think I really processed that there was anything else that you could do.
‘So I was like, “I’m going to go into the industry. This is what I want to do. I’ve known it my whole life. Why not?” I just didn’t find any interest in anything else.’
Scorsese explained that she has received support from her Oscar-winning father when it came to her working in the industry.

‘Of course I get the upper hand with a lot of things – I’m very fortunate,’ she expressed to Nylon Magazine in 2024.
‘But the one thing I can do is try to keep myself humble, grounded, and spoil the f*** out of my friends.’
She later told the publication, ‘I just try to be the best nepo baby that I can be.’
