Rani revealed, “Upon seeing the baby, my mother remarked, ‘Oh my god! This is not my baby. My daughter has brown eyes. Go and search for my child.” After checking every room, they found Rani in the care of a Punjabi couple. The Veer Zaara actress shared how her mother often jokes about the incident and how the Punjabi culture has an impact on her family. She is also married to a Punjabi family.
