Katherine Ryan and Chris Hughes have weighed in on Danny Jones and Maura Higgins having a drunken kiss at a Brits after party on Saturday night.
Newly-single Maura, 34, and her married I’m A Celeb co-star Danny Jones, 38, were seen in a now viral clip sharing a kiss over the weekend at the star-studded Universal Music party.
The following morning after the awards party, Katherine wasted no time to share her thoughts on the situation as she posted a TikTok video from her hospital bed, taking a savage swipe at the singer for ‘forgetting about his family’.
The comedian, 41, who is currently in hospital receiving treatment for her lupus, was not able to attend the music event but made sure to keep up with all the drama from the night.
Referring the infamous clip in the TikTok video, she said in a sarcastic tone: ‘Oh my god, he wouldn’t do that, he couldn’t do that.
‘I know that really looks like what I’m seeing with my own eyes in the video but he just wouldn’t do that.’

She then pulled a blunt expression and continued: ‘They do that! They leave the house for three minutes to get milk and forget they have a whole family! They do that!’
Katherine captioned it: ‘Just trying to mind my business but can’t help but catch up on the news.’
Elsewhere Chris Hughes has been forced to address claims that he is the man in question who was spotted kissing Maura.
After the clip of the reality star and McFly icon was shared online, rumours quickly began to spread that the man in the clip is Love Island’s Chris and not Danny.
Chris, 32, took to his Instagram Stories on Tuesday to hit back at the claims.
Sharing a photo of his TV screen with the series Entourage in a dark room with a glass table in front of him, he wrote: ‘I wasn’t at the Brits.. and I wasn’t kissing anyone x.’
Despite it never being confirmed, Maura and Chris have been linked to each other on-and-off throughout the years.
Back in 2022, they appeared put on a very cosy display as they left the National Television Awards together.

The stars, who both found fame on separate seasons of Love Island, were spotted getting close as they walked arm-in-arm and engrossed in each other’s company.
The pair then made their way to the a nearby hotel which was the venue for the ceremony’s swanky afterparty.
Prior to that, they were spotted enjoying a day date to Thorpe Park the year before – three weeks after her split from Chris Taylor.
The former Love Islander and the McFly star both attended Universal Music’s star-studded bash at 180 Strand.
Footage shared with The Sun newspaper shows the pair getting cosy at the London venue where they had also shared a table earlier in the night with their fellow I’m A Celeb co-star Oti Mabuse.
Danny has been married to wife Georgia since 2014 and the pair share six-year-old son Cooper.
The video reportedly taken just before 3am shows them stood close to each other in the venue’s foyer and leaning in to chat before he appears to peck her quickly.
They were then seen leaving the venue as part of a larger group including Danny’s bandmate Tom Fletcher.

Maura then headed home alone in a taxi.
An onlooker told the publication of the interaction: ‘Danny and Maura seemed to be having a great time. They looked like they had a brief drunken kiss.
‘Danny and Maura seem to have a close friendship after meeting in the jungle. They were talking and laughing for ages.’
The pair sat at different tables for the actual ceremony which was held earlier in the night at the 02 Arena.
But at the afterparty they did share a table and exclusive MailOnline footage showed them sitting close together, with Maura even resting her head on Danny’s shoulder at one point.
A source added of the night: ‘Danny appeared to be giving Maura advice and at one point he put his arm around her shoulder.’
Representatives for Maura and Danny have been contacted by MailOnline for comment.
Before the kiss took place, Danny made a confession about his future plans on the Brit Awards red carpet.

The official Brit Awards Instagram account entered the drama on Monday, sharing a video from the O2 red carpet which showed the singer admitting he wanted ‘less stress’ in his life.
Danny and his McFly bandmate Tom Fletcher took part in a tarot card reading during their red carpet interview, which saw Danny pull the sun card which he was told symbolises ‘positive, personal growth.’
He was then asked what is the one thing he hopes to achieve within the next year to which he replied: ‘Oh my word. Well… This might sound cheesy. Lower the stress in my life.’
The video then showed Tom pulling a card with his moon reading sparking the question about his ‘dream night’ and where the evening could take him.
Tom joked that he had ‘heard rumours’ that Danny’s ‘got some plans’ confessing he was ‘a bit scared’ about where the night was going and admitting ‘I’m just following him’ to any secret afterparty.
Fans went wild over the video, commenting on the ‘terrible timing’ of the post, whilst others joked that the Brit Awards team were ‘doing the most’ to stir up drama.
