Jessie J is cancer free, one year after revealing her breast cancer diagnosis.

The singer shared the major update in an Instagram reel Thursday, captioned, “‼️RESULTS ARE IN AND I AM CANCER FREE‼️ 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭.

“I sobbed for hours and then exhaled for the first time in a year,” the “Price Tag” hitmaker told her followers.

In the social media upload, Jessie documented her annual checkup, during which she was “actually s–tting” herself.

“They told me there was no contrast, but I think there is based on this,” the Grammy nominee, 38, said as she showed the IV in her arm. “Gotta go in for my MRI. Pretend I’m not claustrophobic.”

After explaining that a breast MRI includes laying on your stomach and putting “your arms in the air like superman,” Jessie said, “Fingers crossed all good, all good.”

“Positive vibes,” she concluded — and then broke into Bob Marley’s “Don’t Worry About a Thing.”

In June 2025, Jessie shared her breast cancer diagnosis on social media and underwent a mastectomy.

“Cancer sucks in any form, but I’m holding on to the word ‘early,’” she said via Instagram video at the time, adding that she chose to share her diagnosis publicly due to unwavering support from fans.

“You have loved me through all my good and hard times,” Jessie explained. “And I don’t want this to be any different.”

In August, Jessie — who welcomed son Sky, now 3, in 2023, with boyfriend Chanan Colman — issued an update post-surgery.

“I’m still in the thick of recovery and my body is still finding its way,” she wrote on social media. “But I LOVE music and I LOVE my life and I want to LIVE in the moment.”

At the time, she was focused on “just flowing with life” and “learning about who [she is] in motherhood” even when her “health goes left unexpectedly.”

Meanwhile, Jessie had another health scare in March while on her “No Secrets” Tour and underwent an emergency MRI in Hangzhou, China.

Despite thinking she broke her neck slamming her head on the roof of a car, the performer received the all-clear from doctors.
