Jessica Alba and Cash Warren’s marriage is officially over.
According to documents obtained by TMZ on Friday, February 13, Alba, 44, and Warren, 47, finalized their divorce earlier this month. The exes will reportedly share joint custody of all three kids and neither will pay any spousal support. Per the outlet, Warren will receive $3 million to even out the division of their assets.
Alba and Warren tied the knot in May 2008 and went on to welcome three children: daughter Honor in June 2008, daughter Haven in August 2011 and son Hayes in December 2017.
News broke of the pair’s split in January 2025 after 16 years of marriage. Later that month, Alba addressed her separation from Warren for the first time.
“I’ve been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years — both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” she wrote via Instagram. “I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”
She added: “We are moving forward with love, kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time.”
Alba and Warren both filed for divorce in February 2025, listing their date of separation as December 27, 2024. According to documents obtained by Us Weekly at the time, the two asked the court to determine which items were community property and needed to be divided between them.
Shortly after the exes’ split became public, a source shared insight into the reasons behind the breakup.
“They have had many ups and downs as any marriage would after being together for so many years,” the insider exclusively told Us in January 2025. “They have tried therapy and have worked out past issues over the years.”
Their decision to ultimately call it quits was not the first time Alba and Warren considered separating as they both “had issues” with each other before, per the source.
“There were trust issues in the past which led to many arguments,” the insider said, noting that “at the end of the day, the romance was gone between them.”
“The marriage ran its course,” the source told Us. “Their communication hadn’t been great.”
Despite the breakdown of their romantic relationship, Alba and Warren remained on good terms for the sake of their children and their joint business ventures.
“They are good parents and partners in business together but lost their spark and grew apart,” the insider revealed. “Jessica and Cash made the decision together that this was no longer working or healthy for anyone.”
The source added, “The kids are their priority right now and they will be cordial while coparenting. It isn’t messy behind the scenes at all.”
Alba has since moved on with Danny Ramirez, whom she was first linked to in July 2025 after they were spotted returning from a Mexico vacation. Warren remains single, but was photographed holding hands with actress and model Hana Sun Doerr last summer.
When asked how he felt about Alba’s new romance with Ramirez, Warren told TMZ in July 2025, “I’m happy for her. I don’t know him, but he seems like a good guy.”
