Jay Z is bringing back his 40/40 Club for the third time.
He opened the famed sports-themed Flatiron District club — which featured sports memorabilia like framed jerseys, sign boxing gloves and so on — in 2003, and then opened various outposts around the country.
The original spot closed in 2023.
Then in 2024, Hova had a replica of club built inside the Javits Center for the first Fanatics Fest, a huge event that’s part of Michael Rubins’ Fanatics sports empire, where fans can get selfies and autographs with a slew of athletes and show biz stars.
The “Big Pimpin’” rapper did the same in 2025, and now we’re told the club will be back for a third time for this year’s event on July 16 to 19.
At last year’s outing, we’re told Robert Kraft, Kevin Hart, Travis Scott, DJ Khaled, Hailey Bieber, Tiffany Haddish, Derek Jeter, Spike Lee, Quavo, Livvy Dunne, Suni Lee, Emma Roberts, Marcelo Hernandez, Druski, Justin Gaethje, Jalen Rose, Odell Beckham Jr., Darrelle Revis, Cam Skattebo and Malik Nabers all dropped by the club between meet-and-greets and autograph sessions.
The Roc Nation mogul is a co-founder with Rubin of Fanatics Betting and Gaming.
We’re told that last year’s event drew more than 125,000 fans, and more than 300 athletes and celebrities, and over 250 dealers of trading cards and the like.
