Jacqueline Fernandez made a stunning appearance at the grand launch of the 23rd Zee Cine Awards 2025 that took place in Mumbai on Thursday evening. The actress looked dazzling in black and expressed her excitement to be back on the stage of Zee Cine Awards. Jacqueline is all set to perform at the grand event that will take place on May 17. 2025 in Mumbai. However, her fans, who were also present at the event, were keen to know about when they will get to see her on the big screen.
It is no doubt that one of Jacqueline’s most loved roles has been in Kick with Salman Khan. The film released in 2014 and was loved by fans and also did amazing numbers at the box office. And now, every few days, there are reports and rumours about Kick 2 being in the works. So when fans saw Jacqueline right in front of them, they didn’t miss the opportunity to ask her about the much awaited sequel.
The actress drop major hint that made fans hopeful. She said, “Kick 2 is one of the most awaited franchises but either Sajid Nadiadwala (producer, director) or Salman Khan (lead star) will be able to confirm. But I really hope it happens.” The actress also shared how the film will always be special for her. “When it released, it got so much love from fans and everyone has been rooting for a sequel so I hope it happens. Kick is a film that changed my life so it is special.”
Kick also marked Sajid Nadiadwala’s direction debut under his production house Nadiadwala Grandsons. It starred Randeep Hooda, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Sanjay Mishra in key roles.
