Charlize Theron has become the latest celebrity to attract a swarm of sensational rumors after showing off her astonishingly thin figure.
The 50-year-old actress made a splash this week at the Paris premiere of her new film, Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, in a floral Christian Dior gown.
With a neckline that plunged nearly to her midriff, the frock was cut low under her arms, highlighting what appeared to be her reduced frame.
Conjecture spiraled instantly out of control on X, where one user delivered a stinging verdict on Theron’s evolving looks: ‘Ozempic got another baddie.’
‘Now this is just sad: another Hollywood beauty, Charlize Theron, seems to have gone down the Ozempic rabbit hole…,’ sighed a different observer.
‘I’ll be glad when this trend of corpsemaxxing is over,’ joked a third online commentator as a fourth marveled: ‘From Mad Max warrior to this frail shadow? Ozempic didn’t just melt fat, it erased the baddie.’
The Daily Mail has contacted Theron’s representatives for comment.

Social media users reacted with incredulity at the change in Theron’s appearance, yelping: ‘Is that Charlize? Jeez,’ and: ‘JHC she’s unrecognizable!’
‘After woke era, hollywood is witnessing ozempic era. Why hollywood stars doing to themselves? Are they hate beauty or what? Charlize Theron used to be so beautiful then ozempic happened,’ one alleged. ‘What’s wrong with these people?’
‘What ever happened to the days when celebrities did coke to lose weight? At least they looked healthy,’ an online wag cracked.
‘Charlize Theron was so beautiful,’ another wailed. ‘Who the hell is this? This can’t be Charlize Theron. Ozempic must be the devil’s pill.’
Theron also enjoyed a chorus of defenders, one of whom wrote: ‘the internet really sees a thinner celebrity and immediately screams “ozempic,”‘ as another insisted: ‘It’s not ozempic. That’s a result of proper workout daily and health foods.’
Over the years, Theron has offered her public a few glimpses into the strict diet and exercise regimen she relies on to remain in trim.
‘I have juices and kale and green salads every single day,’ she told Red magazine in 2017. ‘When I’m eating healthily, getting enough sleep and not drinking alcohol, that’s when I look my best. That’s when I’m happiest and I think it shows.’
She explained her approach to portion control as far back as 2007, saying: ‘If I fancy a burger, rather than deprive myself I’ll eat a quarter of one,’ via Elle UK.

In 2018 she raved that she had ‘fallen in love with Pilates’ and shared that her everyday diet consisted of ‘plant-based raw foods,’ via Harper’s Bazaar.
Theron added that she was ‘always calculating my activity. If I haven’t been moving a lot, I can’t eat a lot. Or maybe it’s a cheat day. But I’m honest with myself.’

Fan backlash has been mounting over the hiring of black performers Lupita Nyong’o, Zendaya and Travis Scott in an adaptation of a Greek epic.
Inasmuch as Scott is a rapper who had never held a major acting role before, his enlistment to play the bard was also criticized as a piece of stunt casting.
Trans actor Elliot Page has drawn brickbats as well, on account of his inclusion in the picture as an ill-fated young member of Odysseus’ crew called Elpenor.
After holding its world premiere in London this Monday, the movie is slated for a theatrical release in both the US and UK on July 17.
Nolan’s movie of The Odyssey has been hotly anticipated for years, with an all-star cast including Matt Damon as Odysseus and Anne Hathaway as his wife Penelope.
Tom Holland is featuring as the couple’s son Telemachus, while his wife and Spider-Man co-star Zendaya is playing the goddess Athena.
Robert Pattinson plays the villainous role of Penelope’s suitor Antinous, with Samantha Morton in the mix as the goddess Circe.
Jon Bernthal plays the Spartan king Menelaus and Benny Safdie has been cast as his brother Agamemnon, the king of Mycenae.
