David Hasselhoff further fueled concerns about his health on Wednesday, when he was seen being pushed in a wheelchair with a bandaged ankle.
The “Baywatch” star, 73, appeared frail and thin as he was photographed leaving his physical therapy appointment in Los Angeles.
He sported a bandage around his ankle, which could mean the actor suffered another injury just weeks after he reportedly underwent knee and hip replacement surgeries.
He wore a black hoodie and a pair of shorts for the appointment and paired the look with a gray baseball cap.
He was joined by his wife, Hayley Roberts, 45, who helped assist with getting him inside the waiting car.
Reps for the actor did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Hasselhoff last sparked worries regarding his health last month when he was spotted using a walker while on a rare outing with his wife in the West Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles.
Photos obtained by Page Six showed the actor wearing a gray T-shirt, black sweatpants, a beige Nashville hat, glasses and black shoes. He also had a blue and white sweatshirt hanging over his shoulders.
At the time, the actor’s reps told Page Six that he was in physical therapy while recovering from his surgeries and was “doing well and feeling good.”
Prior to the April sighting, Hasselhoff was seen in May 2025 being pushed in a wheelchair through Los Angeles International Airport.
The “Knight Rider” actor, who was flying to Cancun, Mexico, with his wife, told paparazzi that he was in pain and having knee surgery the following week.
Hasselhoff has been with Roberts since 2011. The couple tied the knot in an intimate Italian ceremony in July 2018.
