Danity Kane is back!
The chart-topping girl group mounted a comeback tour at August Hall in San Francisco on Tuesday, December 9, though the band’s lineup has changed slightly.
The group reunited as a trio featuring Aubrey O’Day, Aundrea Fimbres and D. Woods.
“Aundrea, Aubrey & D Woods welcome you to the Untold Chapter,” reads a post shared by the band’s official X account.
“Thank You for your patience! Aundrea, Aubrey and D Woods can’t wait to see you on tour!” Danity Kane said in another post.
The group streamed their performance on Tuesday live via TikTok, performing hit songs including “Damaged.”
Danity Kane, who were formed by Sean “Diddy” Combs on MTV’s Making the Band 3 in 2005, initially comprised five members, with fellow singers Dawn Richard and Shannon Bex part of the original lineup.
O’Day gave a shout-out to Richard and Bex on stage Tuesday night, telling fans that “Danity Kane is always going to be us five,” per footage shared on social media.

The girl band topped the charts in 2006 with their self-titled debut album and again in 2008 with their sophomore album, Welcome to the Dollhouse.
However, the group’s success came at a cost as Diddy fired O’Day, 41, and Woods, 40, during an October 2008 episode of Making the Band 4.
Danity Kane reunited as a trio comprised of O’Day, Richard and Bex in 2013 and released their third studio album, DK3, the following year. They disbanded in 2020.
The group has been teasing a new tour via social media in recent months, though the lineup remained a mystery until Tuesday. They announced several tour dates via Instagram back in October, writing, “The world has heard the music. The world has seen the headlines. But the truth… has never been told.”
“Now, in a moment that no one saw coming, three voices from one of the most iconic girl groups of the 21st century are stepping back onto the stage together. Which three? That’s the mystery. And it’s part of the fire that has fans and critics buzzing: who will it be, and what will they reveal?” the post continued.
“The Untold Chapter Tour isn’t just a concert. It’s a reckoning. It’s the truth behind the story. It’s the reunion that no one thought possible,” the post added. “With set lists reshaped, confessions revealed, and moments that will never happen the same way twice, this tour promises to leave audiences shaken, inspired, and forever changed.”
Danity Kane is set to perform in Los Angeles on Wednesday, December 10, followed by further December tour dates in Connecticut, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York and more.
The reunion comes after O’Day detailed her relationship with imprisoned music mogul Diddy, 56, in Netflix’s new 50 Cent-produced documentary, Sean Combs: The Reckoning.
In the doc, O’Day emotionally addressed a claim that she was sexually assaulted by Diddy, reading out an affidavit by another woman, who alleged she witnessed Diddy and another man assault O’Day in 2005.
“Even after I told her I didn’t have a recollection of this, I said, ‘Could she be making a mistake?’ I asked in every way I possibly could think of, [and] she was certain,” O’Day said in the documentary. “Does this mean I was raped? Is that what this means? I don’t even know if I was raped, and I don’t want to know. I don’t want to find out anymore what that woman has to say.”
