The 49-year-old nepo baby ‘waived his arraignment’ on two counts of simple assault and one count of criminal trespass, criminal threatening and disorderly conduct – according to WMUR.
Allman was allegedly ‘causing a disturbance and acting belligerently’ in the dining hall of the St. Paul’s School where he had no known ties.
On March 2, the LA-born guitarist was arrested again after allegedly breaking into a Windham home and the Salem District Court judge ordered him to be held on preventive detention ahead of his next hearing scheduled this Wednesday.
Allman – who was hospitalized for a drug overdose in California on June 14 – remains incarcerated at the Rockingham House of Corrections in Brentwood, New Hampshire.
Last Friday, the 79-year-old pop diva filed for conservatorship for the second time, requesting a temporary conservator be appointed to manage the estate of her son, whom she described as ‘gravely disabled’ with ‘severe mental health and addiction issues.’

In court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, Cher (born Cherilyn Sarkisian) claimed Allman ‘has no concept of money’ and owes $200,000 in taxes, $18,000 to a drug dealer and $50,000 to an Airbnb property he trashed after being banned from 18 hotels.
The Christmas Is Here singer also detailed an alarming incident in which the former Deadsy frontman was found unconscious behind the wheel of his car, causing a traffic jam and was subsequently hospitalized where Narcan was administered to save his life.
A court hearing regarding the conservatorship filing is scheduled this Friday.
Cher previously filed for a conservatorship over Allman in 2023 but was denied by an LA Superior Court judge in 2024 after he insisted he was ‘sober, paying his bills and committed to managing payments from his late father’s estate.’
The Hyde School grad – who began using drugs like marijuana and ecstasy at age 11 – reportedly receives $10,000/per month.
The half-Armenian SoCal native divorced her late second husband Gregg Allman in 1979 after three years of marriage due to his severe addictions to alcohol and heroin.
