Bronwyn Newport’s Husband Todd Resurfaces Rumor About Lisa Barlow During Extended ‘RHOSLC’ Reunion

Bronwyn Newport’s husband, Todd Bradley, might just be the shadiest Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member.

The extended version of the RHOSLC season 5 reunion part 1, released via Peacock on Thursday, January 23, featured an eyebrow raising comment from the businessman — who made it clear he’s still not Lisa Barlow’s biggest fan.

So what went down?

Bronwyn caught up with her husband as the RHOSLC ladies broke for lunch and recapped the “Lisa and Gwen of it” all. Bronwyn told Todd all she wanted was an apology from her costar, whose actions hurt her daughter Gwen, 18. (Lisa shared details about Gwen’s paternal heritage even though Bronwyn did not want it on camera.)

“I would’ve said that you were never friends of any type,” Todd told his wife. “If anything, you were social acquaintances.”

Bronwyn replied, “No, I was a social climb. When she wanted to come to our [Utah] Jazz suite, when she wanted to come to a party of mine.”

Bronwyn remarked that she’s “clear now” on Lisa’s intentions.

“Of course,” Todd responded. “She can come to our [Utah] Jazz suite and not have to do anything for it, so to speak.”

Fans are speculating that the comment was in reference to an infamous rumor that was brought up during the RHOSLC Scottsdale trip during the show’s third season, which aired in 2022. At the time, Whitney Rose confronted Lisa with a rumor that she was “involved” with someone who had Utah Jazz tickets. (Lisa has vehemently denied these rumors.)

“You told me that she performed sexual favors,” Whitney screamed at Meredith Marks during the scene. RHOSLC then flashed back to a scene between Meredith and Whitney.

“I just heard she was doing favors to help get places to pick up Vida Tequila,” Meredith actually said. It was later revealed that former “friend of” Angie Harrington started the rumor about Lisa and the Jazz tickets. (Angie denied this to Heather Gay.)

Angie eventually confronted Lisa — who was not interested in a continued friendship.

“Angie to be honest, I’m not really interested in more lies,” Lisa said. “There’s so many, Angie, It’s too much to count. I’m not interested. Sorry. … The damage has been done.”

Angie attempted to hug Lisa, who made it clear that there was no future for the two of them.

“This hug is about as fake as everything else about her,” Lisa said in her confessional. “Why are you f—ing hugging me? You f—ing lied about me to damage me and my family.”
