The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 47, was among the stars in attendance for the MOBO Awards at Manchester’s Co-op Live on Thursday evening.
Taking to Instagram on Friday, Alesha shared an array of daring snaps of her outfit for the ceremony as she stepped in an Alexander McQueen look.
She was seen wearing a black triangle bra with diamante chains attached, underneath a striking black blazer dress.
The blazer featured cream lace trims along the hemline and a long trailing asymmetric train.
Alesha paired the dress with barely-there transparent perspex heels and chunky silver hoop earrings.

She was in attendance at the ceremony to present the award for Song of the Year alongside actor and rapper Bashy.
Olivia Dean was among the winners on Thursday evening as the triumphant star claimed her first MOBO Awards – after leading the red carpet glamour at Manchester’s Co-op Live.
The 27-year-old British singer has won plenty of accolades just this year alone at the Grammys and BRIT Awards.
And it proved to be her night again as she swept the board at this year’s MOBOs, earning Best Album Of The Year, Song Of The Year as well as Best Female Act.
Olivia led the glamorous stars on the red carpet as she joined the likes of Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Indiyah Pollack and topless Tallia Storm.
Upon receiving her third win of the night, the dazzling star took to the stage and dedicated her award to her mum and auntie for ‘making her the woman she is today’.
‘Hi everyone! It’s such an honour to be here and I just feel so proud to be a black British female artist, I feel so proud and I just want to say big ups to all the other woman in this category, you’re amazing’, she said.
‘And I just wanted to dedicate this to my mum and my auntie who made me the woman I am today, I love you guys. Okay bye!’
Olivia performed her famed hit A Couple Minutes on stage, which is part of her album The Art of Loving.
Adolescence took home yet another gong to add to its growing collection as Stephen Graham picked up his award for Best Performance in a TV/Film.
The actor said the win ‘means the world’ to him as he dedicated his award to his father, who looked on proudly in the crowd.

Stephen was supported by his son Alfie and rarely-seen stepfather Mike Fazakerley, as well as his half brother Nathan Fazakerley.
He said: ‘This recognition for me means the world. I’d like to give love and respect for my fellow nominees. This is just as much theirs as it is mine.
‘Can we give them all a massive round of applause? On a personal level, my friends and family – you know who you are – thank you for helping me do something I can’t do on my own.’
Pharrell Williams took to the stage to pick up his Global Songwriter Award.
For best male act, it was Jim Legxacy who took the award, while 18-year-old DC3 took home two MOBOs for Best Newcomer and Best Gospel Act.
Slick Rick was presented a Lifetime Achievement Award by MOBO’s founder Kanya King.
