“Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, have been hit with criminal charges.
Glidden was arrested last month and faces one count of interception of wire, oral or electronic communications, according to court docs obtained by Page Six.
Hochstein faces the same charges.
“This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court,” Jayne Weintraub, Hochstein’s lawyer, and Howard Srebnick and Frank Gaviria, Glidden’s lawyers, tell Page Six.
Local 10 WPLG was the first to report the news.
According to the docs, between March 12 and March 31, 2023, the two “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepted, tried to intercept or tried to have someone else intercept “oral statements by Lisa’s ex-husband, Leonard ‘Lenny’ Hochstein, and those Lenny spoke with.”
Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa after 12 years of marriage in May 2022, prompting a messy legal battle between the exes.
Shortly after announcing their divorce, Lenny started a new relationship with model Katharina Mazepa. However, he denied their relationship had any part in his decision to split from Lisa.
In March 2023, the Bravolebrity confirmed she was dating Glidden amid her divorce proceedings after the two had been spotted out several times together.
That same month, Page Six exclusively reported that Lenny accused Lisa of planting a “listening device” on his car in order to “monitor” his calls.
In court docs, he claimed that she placed “at least one” device to “access and monitor his private, non-public communications involving this litigation” which “compromised the integrity” of their ongoing divorce battle.
Lisa denied Lenny’s “nonsense” claims to Page Six at the time.
After a two-year legal battle, the reality star and the plastic surgeon finalized their divorce in November 2024.
Per the agreement, Lenny was ordered to pay Lisa $15,000 a month in child support for their two kids: son Logan, 10, and daughter Elle, 5.
Once Logan turns 18, Lenny will be expected to pay $10,000 per month for Elle. Lenny also asked the judge for “frequent time-sharing” of the children and has promised to “fully provide for all of the children’s needs.”
After three years of dating, Lisa seemingly confirmed her and Glidden’s breakup in February through a sponsored Instagram post with a moving company taking her belongings out of her shared condo with Glidden.
“The past few months of my life have been hectic, so many changes and moving pieces, but thanks to @goodgreekmoving the one thing that wasn’t stressful at all was my recent move,” she cryptically captioned the video.
