Zendaya’s lips are zipped — but actions are louder than words.
After the actress sparked engagement rumors at the 2025 Golden Globes on Sunday by walking the red carpet with a diamond on her left ring finger, a reporter asked her about a possible proposal.
“As Zendaya exited the ballroom, a recently engaged [Los Angeles] Times reporter held up her left ring finger and pointed at it,” Amy Kaufman wrote for the newspaper.
The journalist said Zendaya “responded by flashing her own bling on her left hand, doing a sort of jazz-fingers motions.”
She subsequently shared the “Euphoria” star’s telling reaction to the question, “Are you engaged?”
Kaufman wrote, “She kept showing her ring, smiled coyly and shrugged her shoulders mysteriously.”
Reps for Zendaya and Holland have yet to respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
The former Disney Channel star, 28, paired her headline-making jewelry with a custom orange gown designed by Louis Vuitton.
She walked the red carpet solo, as her partner, also 28, did not attend the awards show.
The “Spider-Man” franchise co-stars first dated in 2017 and went public with their rekindled romance in 2021.
Last week, Holland explained in a Men’s Health interview why he has not joined Zendaya on red carpets over the years.
“It’s not my moment, it’s her moment, and if we go together, it’s about us,” he said.
The “Cherry” star also spoke to the magazine about his future family plans, saying he will quit acting when he has kids and “just disappear off the face of the Earth.”
Zendaya, for her part, told Entertainment Weekly in October 2024 that she is “looking forward to” walking down the aisle and starting a family.
The “Challengers” star noted, “‘[Those milestones] just haven’t happened quite yet.”
