The producer of popular family dramas, Rajan Shahi who is known for his shows like Anupamaa and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is currently working for a new show. If reports are to be believed then the makers have roped in Shivam Khajuria who played the role of Rohit in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will play the male lead in the upcoming family drama.

Well, the new show will focus on a young love story with strong family values. A source associated with the new show informed TOI that Rajan Shahi has allowed many newcomers and relatively lesser-exposed faces to play central roles in his shows.

Well, this time Rajan Shahi has chosen Shivam to play the male lead in his upcoming show. The show will be seen emphasizing the importance of family values through his shows and this drama will also include all elements of a family value while focusing on a youthful love story. The rest of the casting is underway and nothing has been confirmed as of now. Well, the shooting of the show is expected to start next month.

On the professional front, Shivam has been part of shows like Kumkum Bhagya, Mann Sundar, and Molkki. Shivam was in news for speaking his heart out about the sudden termination of his Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai co-actors Pratiksha Honmukhe and Shehzada Dhami due to their unprofessional behaviour in March 2024.
Shivam said that Pratiksha was not taking her job seriously and had a great opportunity, but she spoilt it. He said that Pratiksha was influenced by Shehzada.
