The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Whitney Leavitt weighed in on the chances of her getting a spinoff after the scandal surrounding costar Taylor Frankie Paul.

“How it feels knowing y’all want a Leavitt spinoff,” Whitney, 32, captioned a TikTok on Monday, March 30, of her and husband Conner Leavitt.

Hulu viewers have been asking about a spinoff revolving around Whitney and Conner, 32, since production paused on season 5 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. Us Weekly confirmed earlier this month that filming is on hiatus as Utah police continue to investigate an alleged domestic violence incident between Taylor, 31, and her ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen.

Taylor is currently on probation for her 2023 arrest in relation to a separate physical incident with Dakota, 33. She pleaded guilty to aggravated assault as part of a plea deal to dismiss additional charges of domestic violence in the presence of a child, child abuse with injury and criminal mischief. (Paul shares Indy, 8, and Ocean, 5, with ex-husband Tate Paul, as well as son Ever, 2, with Dakota.)

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives fans have watched the cast change on and off screen before the series even debuted. Season 1 of hit reality series, which follows a group of Mormon mom influencers, debuted on Hulu in September 2024 following star Taylor Frankie Paul‘s “soft swinging” sex scandal. “We’re not all swingers,” Whitney […]

Leaked footage from the 2023 altercation showed Taylor throwing multiple chairs at Dakota before one appeared to strike her daughter. In the aftermath, ABC announced that Taylor’s upcoming season of The Bachelorette was canceled.

“Taylor is very grateful for ABC’s support as she prioritizes her family’s safety and security,” a rep for Taylor told Us in a statement. “Taylor has remained silent out of fear of further abuse, retaliation, and public shaming. She is currently exploring all of her options, seeking support and preparing to own and share her story.”

Dakota, meanwhile, was granted a temporary protective order against Taylor that also awarded him sole custody of Ever.

Amid the production pause, news also broke that Jordan Ngatikaura filed for divorce from Jessi Draper.

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives cast has had its fair share of overlap when it comes to hookups within the friend group. “I’m grateful for the shared memories and the lessons,” Jordan, 31, who shares two children with Jessi, 33, told Us. “While our paths are now moving in different directions, my priority remains my children and ensuring they feel loved, supported and protected through this transition. I am committed to handling this next chapter with kindness and respect.”

Jessi has since broken her silence on the split, sharing on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast on Wednesday, March 25, “I did end it with him, so I knew it was coming. We had made an agreement to do it together, and he blindsided me and filed because he wanted the headline first. We agreed to tell our children together before filing, and we haven’t done that.”

Us later confirmed that Jessi has since kissed costar Miranda McWhorter’s ex-husband, Chase McWhorter, at a party, but a source noted it wasn’t “serious.”
