Aimee Lou Wood is tired of talking about her teeth.

The “White Lotus” star skyrocketed to fame as Chelsea in Season 3 of the Mike White-directed dark comedy. However, her prominent teeth with an endearing gap have become just as much of a talking point as her performance, eliciting think pieces from major publications and fans alike.

“It’s, like, cool, and now I want to stop f—king talking about it,” Wood, 31, told the Sunday Times in an interview published over the weekend.

“Can I talk about my character? Why am I talking about my gnashers?” she continued. “It’s like now I’m just a pair of front teeth.”

Although most of the commentary on her smile is positive, the “Sex Education” star is still getting used to her looks being a hot topic of discussion.

“I understand what it represents. People feel more confident about their imperfections. It does feel a bit weird that the thing I got bullied for is now the thing that everyone’s, like, ‘Woo!’” she said of her teeth. “It’s still the thing that’s defining me.”

Wood has discussed her distinctly “un-American” smile several times in the past, previously telling Jonathan Ross that she couldn’t “believe the impact [her] teeth are having.”

“The Americans can’t believe [it],” she said during an appearance on his late-night talk show last month. “But they’re all being lovely.”

The actress said videos of orthodontists “analyzing” her teeth constantly come up on her Instagram feed.

“They like, dissect my teeth and say what is wrong with it but then at the end go, ‘But we don’t think she should change a thing,’” she said with a serious American accent.

However, she noted it’s been “a real full-circle moment after being bullied for [her] teeth forever.”

Wood also told “On Demand Entertainment” in February that she never thought she would book work in the States because she didn’t have perfect Hollywood teeth.

“I just don’t think I look very American. Like at all,” she said. “It’s the teeth. Like, no Americans have my teeth.”

Wood claimed most American actors with unique smiles end up getting veneers to assimilate with the rest of the crowd.

However, her decision to keep her chompers clearly paid off in the end.

While little is known about her next projects, the actress is rumored to be involved in the forthcoming “Beatles” biopic as George Harrison’s ex-wife Pattie Boyd, who also famously had a gap in between her two front teeth.
