Hosted for the sixth consecutive year by Trevor Noah, the 2026 Grammy Awards will be broadcast live on both coasts on Sunday, Feb. 1, at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET. Since the ceremony airs on CBS, cord-cutters can stream it live on any TV streaming service that carries the network, including DirecTV (with a five-day free trial), Fubo (with a five-day free trial) and Hulu + Live TV.
The Grammys will also livestream on Paramount+ Premium (formerly Paramount+ with Showtime). Paramount+ Essential subscribers will not be able to watch the awards show live, however they will be able to access it on-demand the following day (U.S. only).

As for the red carpet livestream, E!’s red carpet coverage begins at 1 p.m. PT/4 p.m. ET with Live From E!: Countdown to the Grammys, hosted by Zanna Roberts Rassi, Erin Lim Rhodes and Devon Walker, and is also streamable on any live TV streaming service that carries E!, including DirecTV, Sling and Hulu + Live TV. Following that two-hour pre-show, Zuri Hall and Keltie Knight will host another two-hour pre-show, Live From E!: Grammys. This begins at 3 p.m. PT/6 p.m. ET, and once again, is streamable via DirecTV, Sling and Hulu + Live TV.

Where to Watch the Grammys 2026 for Free: Air Date and Time, Red Carpet Livestream
The 2026 Grammy Awards air on CBS on Sunday, Feb. 1, at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET (and can be livestreamed with DirecTV, Fubo or Hulu + Live TV). Paramount+ Premium subscribers can also livestream the event. Paramount+ Essential subscribers will be able to stream it the following day (U.S. only).
