It’s time to play the music, it’s time to light the lights.

To celebrate 50 years of “The Muppet Show,” Disney and Seth Rogen are coming together to revive the iconic variety series with a one night only special featuring some very special guests — and very special muppets.

It premieres tonight, Feb. 4, on ABC, but if you have Disney+, you can start streaming the 33-minute variety show right now.

Pop star Sabrina Carpenter, fresh off the 2026 Grammys, is set to appear in musical numbers and sketches alongside the likes of Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy, and you can expect to see Muppet icons Swedish Chef, Pepé the King Prawn, Fozzie Bear, Beaker, Janice, Gonzo, Animal, Statler and Waldorf throughout the show as well.

Rogen and actress Maya Rudolph also appear in the special, which Disney+ described as “keeping in the tradition of their classic variety show.”

“The iconic Muppet characters return to television for the first time in over four decades with brand new music, comedy sketches, and a whole lot of backstage chaos as they reintroduce themselves to long-standing fans and a new generation of audiences alike.”

However, if you want to watch “The Muppet Show” now, the special is already streaming on Disney+.
