As Vogue Australia’s Editor-in-Chief, Christine Centenera is regarded as one of the country’s most influential women in fashion.

But it wasn’t the 44-year-old’s choice of outfit that had fans talking as she attended Vogue’s Summer Ball on Friday. 

A video of Christine being interviewed about the event has gone viral on Instagram, with users flooding the post with now-deleted comments about how different her face is looking these days. 

‘She literally can only move her mouth… just… why TF do women do this to themselves?’ one commented. 

‘Yikes, what has she done to her face?’ another added, while one agreed, saying: ‘I was just wondering what she did to her face!’ 

‘She looks very different to her Vogue editor pic!’ another simply said.

Christine has never spoken about undergoing any cosmetic procedures or surgeries. 

There were plenty of positive comments about her speech, however, with many praising Christine for her eloquent word to the camera about the importance of creative collaboration within the fashion industry. 

‘This women is a straight up genius,’ one user remarked. 

‘Well said, and you put on an amazing event to bring everyone else into that world. Well done Christine and Vogue,’ another wrote. 

‘Agree, and you are a master at putting together an amazing array of creatives in music, art, actors , directors and fashion,’ a third added.
