Presley Gerber’s tragic final moments in rehab before his death at 27 have been captured in a video exclusively obtained by Page Six. In the footage, the late son of Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford is seen filming himself in Resolutions Living in Santa Monica, Calif., on the evening before he died by an apparent overdose. Presley is wearing a white tank top, a silver chain necklace and black eyeglasses in the clip. His distinct neck tattoos could also be seen in the video.
