Victoria Beckham gave herself a makeover for her 52nd birthday celebrations, debuting new blonde locks this week.

The designer has been busy promoting her eponymous fashion line’s collaboration with high street retailer Gap and during a stop by the Today Show on Tuesday, she dazzled with a new look.

The Spice Girl had lightened her locks via a fresh bronde balayage, whch were styled into her now signature long, loose waves.

Dubbed the ‘Posh Mum Bronde’, the chic, in-between shade has officially entered the spotlight thanks to the ‘Kate Effect’ after the Princess of Wales unveiled her own take on the shade back in January.

Victoria also showed off the new look in photos taken at her weekend birthday celebrations, with the star’s followers marvelling at how much she looked like daughter Harper, 14.

During her US promo, Victoria stopped by the Today Show, where she spent much of the interview marvelling over her husband David, 50.

Hosts Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones were keen to ask about Victoria’s Instagram content, which regularly features David in his underwear.

‘I mean I think that any chore that David Beckham can do in his BOSS underwear, I’m down,’ the Spice Girl admitted.

A photo was shown of the former footballer fixing the family TV, clad in nothing but a pair of white briefs, to which Victoria explained: ‘This is my husband in his underwear, fixing the TV.’

Jenna replied: ‘On behalf of America thank you very much’.

‘You’re welcome, you’re welcome!’ beamed a proud Victoria. ‘By the way, he can do the ironing, in his underwear. He can load the dishwasher, in his underwear’.

Elsewhere in the interview Jenna and Sheinelle asked Victoria about the tumultuous recent time for the family.

The star didn’t specifically reference the ongoing estrangement from her eldest son, Brooklyn, 27, but said she will ‘always protect’ her kids.

Jenna directly asked her in the interview: ‘You have had a pretty public challenging year – we have talked about it on this show. How do you get through the tough times?’

She replied: ‘You know, myself and David, we’re so close and we have incredible people around us.

‘We’re close to my parents and David’s parents. We support each other through everything that we do.

Victoria addressed her ‘challenging’ past year amid her feud with son Brooklyn in a rare TV interview on Tuesday (seen with Today hosts Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones)

‘We love our children so much and have always really focused on protecting our children. But we laugh a lot. David Beckham is really, super funny.’

Brooklyn cut ties with his family in a scathing social media statement in January, declaring he has no plans to reconcile with his famous parents and accusing them of ‘controlling him for most of his life’.

David and Victoria have not been seen with their son since.

Victoria also said in the new interview that her and her husband rely on each other to navigate tough times.

She said: ‘We support each other through everything that we do. We’ve grown together. And that’s where I feel so blessed.

‘We really have grown together. We support each other. We’ve both got big dreams. We’re both very, very ambitious and we support each other. I want him to be the best version of himself and that’s what he wants for me.’
