Victor Miller, the screenwriter behind Friday the 13th, has died. He was 86. Miller died Monday, his son, Ian, announced in a post on Instagram. No cause of death was made immediately available. “Yesterday my father, Victor Miller, went to his final reward. He was almost always the smartest, funniest person in whatever room he was in. He inspired in me, and many others, a love of photography, music, and storytelling,” he wrote. “He had a helluva run and will be missed dearly.” Miller’s son added that a celebration of life will be held in November, “on Friday the 13th, of course.” He penned the script for Sean S.
