Taylor Lautner and his wife have become parents for the first time.
The Twilight Saga actor and his spouse, Tay Dome Lautner, announced in March that they are set to become parents for the first time, and revealed in June they were expecting a baby girl.
Taylor and Tay took to Instagram on Thursday (Sept 24) to share a joint statement, revealing their new-born’s adorable name.
They wrote: “One week loving our sweet little Lenny, Lennon Taylor Lautner, 9.16.2026.”
Several stars congratulated the pair in the comments, including Twilight star Nikki Reed, who cannot wait to give the little one a cuddle.
She wrote: “oh be still my heart. Congratulations to you both, I’m so happy for you. Baby Lenny, Auntie Nik is ready to give you all the snuggles (sic)”
Make-up artist Manuel Gutierrez Jr commented: “I’m screaming! Congrats you two, oh my god my heart! Can’t wait to meet this angel (sic)”
A comment on the official Twilight Saga page also read: “Congratuations!”
Taylor and Tay shared the “secret” of the tot’s sex with fans in June via a video.
The clip showed the couple sitting around a laptop as they clicked to find out the news, and as they swiped the mouse, they screamed together when the word: “Girl” appeared over the video in pink letters.
Tay sobbed into her hands before the 34-year-old actor put his arms around her and planted a kiss on her forehead.
They captioned the video: “Our little secret is now yours.”
Taylor and Tay had announced their baby news on Instagram with a series of pictures, including them holding a sonogram picture and posing outdoors.
The caption read: “What’s better than two Taylor Lautners?” — a reference to their shared name.
Tay wore a sleeveless white dress, while Taylor coordinated in a white shirt, black trousers and white trainers.
Messages of support followed from friends and former co-stars.
Nikki Reed, who appeared alongside Taylor in the Twilight series, said: “Oh my goodness — heart bursting. I love you guys. I can’t wait to watch your journey as parents unfold…”
Kellan Lutz added: “Congrats brother! It’s the best!”
Mackenzie Foy, 25, said: “Congratulations.”
