“Transformers” star Peter Cullen died from cardiac arrest. The legendary voice actor died last Wednesday at his Los Angeles home. Cullen’s cause of death was listed as cardiac arrest due to respiratory arrest, according to his death certificate obtained by TMZ. The underlying cause was listed as malignant neoplasm of the lower lobe of the lungs — meaning he had a cancerous tumor growing in the bottom section of either his right or left lung.
